1. Unused fuel credit
If you do not draw the grant, you do not owe that unused amount. Closing a paid-off facility revokes leftover undrawn credit. That is a cancellation of unused grant, not a cash refund.
2. Fuel already dispensed
Litres pumped into a vehicle are not returnable. We do not refund the fuel cost for a completed, verified fill except where the sale was duplicated, not authorised, or recorded in error — and then only after investigation with the station.
3. Service charge and overdue interest
Disclosed service charges on a valid purchase are payable. Overdue interest is payable only for days after the due date while an outstanding remains. If we applied a charge in error, we will reverse it.
4. Repayment overpayments
Extra money paid above what you owe stays in your customer wallet. Contact Customer Support if you need help using or tracing that balance. Wallet withdrawals, if offered, follow the in-app process and payment-provider timelines.
5. How to request a review
Email nickoklaus5@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction where possible, with receipts and a short description. Pump disputes may require the station’s confirmation. See also the Complaints Policy.
